A French court said it would try Yahoo and its former president for condoning war crimes by selling Nazi memorabilia online. The court ruled Tuesday that French law applies to Yahoo, adding that it would hear allegations that Yahoo was inciting racial hatred by allowing French surfers to buy the Nazi memorabilia.
