A meeting of the Vaad Leumi, the Jewish National Council of Palestine and the Jewish Agency for Palestine took place yesterday. At the meeting the announced appointment of an electoral committee for the Jewish municipal polling, including two non-official and one official Jewish members out of a total of ten was discussed.
The meeting also discussed the makeup of the future municipal council of Jerusalem. The Jewish Telegraphic Agency was reliably informed that the new council will consist of six Jews, four Moslems and four Christians.
