A Palestinian terrorist was jailed for planning to assassinate Israel’s ambassadors to Germany and China. On Wednesday, the Samaria Military Court sentenced the Al-Aksa Brigade member to 18 years in jail after he confessed to the charges. The man made e-mail contact with accomplices in Germany in the hope of persuading them to kill Israel’s ambassador in Berlin. He also made plans to travel to China to kill the Israeli envoy there. The defendant was further convicted of planning to poison an Israeli reservoir and for involvement in several West Bank shooting ambushes.
