A Russian court issued an arrest warrant for a Russian Jewish leader and philanthropist on charges of complicity in murder and attempted murder. Leonid Nevzlin, a major shareholder of the embattled oil giant Yukos, fled to Israel last fall following the arrest of his former boss, Yukos founder Mikhail Khodorkovsky.
