A Russian police chief apologized to a young Jew who was assaulted by an anti-Semitic traffic cop. The head of the Kostroma region’s police apologized to Aleksandr Bakanov, who not long ago was dragged from his car and thrown around by police for no apparent reason, according to the UCSJ: Union of Councils for Jews in the Former Soviet Union.
