A teen-aged boy was arrested in Baltimore for allegedly setting fire to two area synagogues. The largest fire, at the Etz Chaim Center on Feb. 2, caused several hundred thousand dollars in damage. Two smaller fires at Machzikei Torah Congregation on Feb. 6 caused about $2,000 in damage.
