A trial in Lithuania of a man alleged to have handed over Jews to the Nazis can proceed even though he has been ruled to be mentally unfit to stand trial, said Lithuanian judges and prosecutors. A court is expected to meet on Sept. 11 to decide how to proceed with the case against Kazys Gimzauskas, 92.
