A U.S. court ruling is expected soon in the case of a Holocaust survivor’s estate that has led to a battle between two Israeli hospitals. The Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center and Hadassah, which operates two hospitals in Jerusalem, both claim the estate of Max Lewin, who died in August 2002 in West Virginia.
