Maj. Gen. Yitzhak Rabin, new Israel Ambassador to the United States, will present his credentials to President Johnson at the White House tomorrow morning. The occasion will be the first meeting of Gen. Rabin with the President. It is expected that a brief discussion of issues of mutual current interest will take place.
