Federal agents have seized a huge shipment of contraband war materiel destined for Syria aboard a Dutch ship at Houston, Tex., it was reported here today. The contraband included 722 bales weighing 300 pounds each. It was made up of such items as ammunition belts, ammunition sacks, pilots heated uniforms, navy blues and whites, and other equipment consigned to Damascus and listed as “rags.”
