A national organization to be known as the American Veterans of Israel is being formed by American men and women who fought in the Arab-Israel war last year, it was announced over the week-end by Abraham Sharaby, chairman of the New York group. Local groups are already operating in New York, Boston and Detroit, while a California chapter is being formed, Mr. Sharaby said.
