Amnesty International criticized the human rights record of Palestinians and Israelis in the five years since the Oslo accords were signed. In a report, the human rights group said thousands of Palestinians had been arrested by both the Palestinian Authority and Israel without due process since 1993. It also said 20 Palestinians had died while in the custody of the Palestinian Authority.
