Amsterdam Municipality Honors Retired Jewish Actress

A retired Jewish actress today became the first woman ever to be given the “freedom of Amsterdam” as this city honored Henriette Davids, 68. Miss Davids, who has appeared in theatre productions in Holland and films in Hollywood, is the last surviving member of a famous Dutch show business family.
