Speaking Monday in Manhattan at a memorial service marking the 10-year anniversary of the AMIA bombing in Buenos Aires, Hector Timerman, Argentina’s new consul general in New York, said Argentine President Nestor Kirchner is committed to bringing the perpetrators to justice.
