Legal action to annul the marriage of Natalie Guggenheim, daughter of Edmund A. Guggenheim, to Thomas M. Gorman, a Catholic, was rumored following a visit of Mr. Gorman to an attorney’s office.

No statement will be given out by the Guggenheims, it was indicated at the New York office of Mr. Guggenheim.
