Joseph P. Kamp, publisher and distributor of anti-Semitic leaflets and vice chairman of the Constitutional Educational League, was senesced to four months imprisonment here today by the District of Columbia Federal Court.
Kemp was found guilty of contempt of Congress for failing to produce records of the League before the house Campaign Expenditures Committee when it requested a list of persons who had contributed $100 or more to the League’s funds.
