Arab American support for John Kerry is increasing. An Arab American Institute poll in four swing states where Arab American voters could make the difference shows 51 percent support for the Massachusetts senator and presumptive Democratic nominee for president. President Bush has 24 percent support and Ralph Nader, a Lebanese American running as an independent, has 13 percent, according to results published Thursday. The poll was run in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida.
