The pan-Arab Congress which opens here tomorrow will study, among other things, a number of proposals concerning Arab-Jewish relations and the future of Palestine, it was reported today. Mussa el Alami, Palestine Arab Leader, will participate in the congress as a full-fledged delegate, the report said.
