A three-man Arab delegation is expected here soon to protest to the West German Government against the reparations agreements it recently concluded with the State of Israel and world Jewish organizations, it was learned today. The delegation will also open commercial negotiations with German firms.
The delegation will be composed of Adly Andros, former Egyptian Minister to Athens, who will be in charge of the Egyptian legation here, Ramzi Anafi of Syria and Dr. Ali es-Safi of Iraq.
