The Upper Galilee Conference, composed of representatives of twenty-six Arab villages and Jewish colonies, decided today to demand the establishment of an agricultural bank, a government loan to improve the position of agriculture generally and cancellation of agricultural debts. A committee composed of four Arabs and three Jews was elected to present the demands voiced by the conference.

A Jewish delegation day interviewed the Acting High Commissioner and urged that the draft of the municipalities law be modified in order to enable the Jewish population to form autonomous boroughs in towns with a mixed population.
