Arabs Continue Talks in Cairo

Inter-Arab discussions on new proposals for a Palestine settlement were shrouded in secrecy today. Informed sources, however, said a meeting held here last night had no positive results. During the meeting Emir Feisal, son of King Ibn Saud of Saudi Arabia, conferred by telephone with the exiled ex-Mufti of Jerusalem, who is now in Syria.
