Arabs in Tunis Conduct “undeclared” Boycott Against Jews

Arabs in Tunis are pressing an undeclared but highly effective economic boycott against the Jews in that city, it was reliable reported here today. The report added, however, that most of the Jews believe the present crisis will pass and that normal relations between Arabs and Jews will be restored.

The shipment of parcels to Israel has been banned by the Libyan Government, it was reported here from Tripoli. All postal and telegraphic communications between Libya and Israel are expected to be suspended shortly.
