Control over aliens and refugees in Belgium has been transferred to the National Defense Ministry for the duration of the mobilization period, according to a Royal Decree made public today. Entry and residence permits henceforth will be issued by the military authorities. The Justice Ministry formerly was the responsible agency for aliens and refugees.
