The winners of prizes for the best literary productions in the past year, in the amount of 2,000 zlotys, awarded by a special committee, in which the Kehillah is represented, were announced today.
The prize for the best piece of fiction, in the amount of 800 zlotys, was awarded to J. M. Weissenberg. The prize for the best dramatic work of 400 zlotys went to Aaron Zeitlin. Kadia Maladovska won 300 zlotys for the best poetic output.
The winner of the scientific award has not yet been announced.
