Bad weather delayed a landmark test of Israel’s anti-missile Arrow system. The Arrow-2, a multimillion-dollar Israeli system developed with U.S. aid, was to be launched against an incoming Scud missile off the California coast Tuesday in its first live test. But security sources said the test was postponed indefinitely due to a storm front.
