Beirut dispatches said today that the exiled ex-Mufti of Jerusalem and the outlawed Arab Supreme Committee had cabled President Roosevelt, taking him to task for using his influence in behalf of the Zionists and thus causing the failure of the recent London conference on Palestine. The cable assertedly threatened Arab hostility to the United States if there was no change in this “unjust policy.”
