A call to the members of all three faiths to participate in “Bill of Rights Week,” Feb. 16 to 24, was issued today by Col. Theodore Roosevelt, chairman of Citizenship Educational Service, which has been invited by the New York State Department of Education to cooperate in the celebration of this commemorative week.
