Supreme Court Justice Louis D. Brandeis called on President Roosevelt yesterday for the second time in recent weeks and talked with him for 40 minute. The conference led to a revival of reports that Mr. Brandeis is considering the possibility of retiring from the bench to take the leadership of the Zionist movement. It was said that should he retire he would wish that Prof. Felix Frankfurter succeed him.
