Brigadier Yaacov Dori, former Chief of Staff of the Israel Army, was today appointed administrative director of the Haifa Technion. Prof. M. Goldstein was appointed academic director. They succeed Dr. Shlomo Kaplansky, late head of the Technion, who died several weeks ago.
