Sammy Brill, French cameraman today received word from Abyssinia that Emperor Ras Tafari had conferred on him the Order of Negus Negesti for filming the recent coronation ceremonies at Adas Ababa. Brill achieved fame last year by being the only photographer to take actual shots of the Palestine riots.
