The British Government has asked the West German Government to confirm or deny reports that former Nazi prosecutors and judges are again serving in such positions in West Germany, it was announced in Parliament by Ian Harvey, speaking for the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.

Mr. Harvey said that on May 2, Bonn had been approached for the second time in ten months. A reply to this query has been delayed, he said, because it is a complicated matter requiring considerable investigation by the Bonn authorities.
