The National Joint Public Relations Committee of Canada has met with representatives of hotel owners in British Columbia to work out a program of education designed to end discrimination in places of public accommodation, it was revealed here by the NJPRC, which consists of the Canadian Jewish Congress and the B’nai B’rith.
At a recent meeting between representatives of the Jewish committee and the executive committee of the British Columbia Hotel Owners Association it was agreed by the latter that they would appoint a special committee to help work out a policy in eliminating discrimination and a program of education.
