Carol Assures Rights of Minorities ‘settled in Rumania for Centuries’

King Carol declared in a proclamation today that he would issue a new constitution in which “equal rights are assured for all minorities settled for centuries on the soil of greater Rumania.” He said the number of deputies in Parliament would be reduced.
