The Chicago branch of the Histadruth Ivrith held a reception Sunday evening at the Hotel LaSalle in honor of Rabbi Solomon Goldman of Anshe Emet Temple, who recently was elected national president of the group. Other speakers were Dr. Leo L. Honor and Dr. Meyer Waxman, vice-presidents; Dr. Mordecai Katz and Dr. A. L. Dushkin. Rabbi Samuel M. Blumenfield presided.
