Christians carrying on missionary work among Jews are now facing a critical time in socuring results from their efforts, according to reports submitted at the Presbyterian Assembly of Ireland in session here.
Professor Paul, head of the Jewish Missions of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, in reporting to the Assembly on the work of the missions, stated that the problem is not Jewish but a Christian one.
“The Jews live among the Christians and know them too well. The Jewish missions find their work so difficult because the Jews know the imperfections of the Christians. This is a critical time for Jewish mission work,” he stated.
