Cleveland to Name Playground for Late Joseph Neshkes

Plans to erect a playground at the Orthodox Jewish Orphans’ Home, which will be designated as the Neshkes Memorial Playground in honor of Joseph Neshkes, the president of the Home, who died suddenly this week, will be presented to the Board at its meeting on January 4. Israel Rabb is chairman of the committee which is planning the memorial.

Mr. Neshkes had been president of the Home for the past ten years.
