Colonel J. George Fredman, past national commander of the Jewish War Veterans of the United States, will speak here Sunday morning at a meeting of the Independent United Jersey Verein in Odd Fellows Hall.
State Commander Nathan Rabinowitz of the Jewish War Veterans and his official staff will accompany Colonel Fredman to the meeting hall.
