A group of Jewish colonists settled in Cyprus on the land of the Jewish Colonization Association, will be compelled to leave their homesteads, report received here states.

The emigration has become necessary since the Ica has, according to the report, sold the property to a group of Englishmen who intend to colonize forty Armenian families there.

The Jewish colonists have cabled their protest to the Paris board of the ICA, to Dr. Joseph H. Hertz, Chief Rabbi of the British Empire and other influential men.
