Convention of Daughters of American Revolution Demands Immigration Restrictions

The Daughters of the American Revolution, assembled here in convention, today resolved to urge the investigation of “about 3,000,000 aliens” who they said entered the United States illegally, and went on record for the limiting of immigration. The convention condemned “pressure groups” which the delegates said advocated liberalization of immigration and spent “millions of dollars” for propaganda for that purpose.
