the forgery of the “Protocols,” was denounced by Col. Fleischhauer as the works of “a deliberate liar.”

The article which appeared in the Nazi paper, Der Allemagne, attacking the court, demanded especially that the court should deal with the perjury charges brought by the Nazi lawyers against some of the witnesses before proceeding further with the trial.

“A blind has been drawn over both eyes of justice in Berne,” the paper wrote. “The God of Jacob Himself has taken the famous scales into His own hands.”

The court was cheered today when the presiding judge interrupted the proceedings to denounce the Nazi article.
