Groundbreaking ceremonies were held here today for a district cultural center in Netiva settlement, 20 miles west of Jerusalem, to be named Yad Benjamin in memory of Benjamin Mintz, the late head of the Poalei Agudat Israel movement and former Minister of Posts.
