David Danzig, an authority on intergroup relations, has been appointed to the new post of Associate Director of the American Jewish Committee, Dr. John Slawson, executive vice-president of the Committee, announced today.
Dr. Danzig, who has served as program director for the Committee from 1949 to the present, is a former National Program Director of the United Service Organization. As associate director of the Committee, Mr. Danzig will serve as deputy to the executive vice-president and have direct administrative responsibility for major areas of the Committee’s diversified human relations program.
