Ground-breaking ceremonies were held here yesterday for the new Beth Israel Hospital of Denver. The hospital will replace an old structure, and will be a part of a complex of three buildings. The complex will include a home for the aged, a hospital for chronic diseases, and a general hospital, according to Nathan Rosenberg, executive director of the Allied Jewish Community of Denver.
At the same time, it was announced that a new $1,000,000 Jewish Community Center will be dedicated on June 17th. The new Center will replace the B’nai B’rith Building, which has been used as a community center for a number of years.
