Diplomats from the four corners of the world, with the exclusion only of the Arab statesmen, assembled here this week-end at the local Jewish Center to mark Israel’s entrance into its second decade of independent life. The function was called by the Jewish community of Geneva. One of the speakers was Dr. Menachem Kahani, Israel’s envoy to the United Nations here.
