Dr. Arieh L. Kubovi, Israel Ambassador to Argentina, who was recently elevated from the rank of Minister, presented his new credentials to President Juan Peron today. Accepting the ambassador’s credentials, Gen. Peron declared that rank of Ambassador, is a “sign of solidarity and friendship between the people” of the two countries.
