Dr. Aron Syngalowski, chairman of the executive committee of the World ORT Union, left for Israel to discuss with government leaders there a series of vocational training projects ORT work in Israel, initiated by Dr. Syngalowski in 1949, has greatly developed during the last two years, it was reported here today.
