The famous Dutch Erasmus Prize for 1963 was awarded here yesterday to Martin Buber, the world-famous Jewish philosopher.
The prize is granted annually for special contributions to European culture and carries a cash award of 100, 000 Dutch guilders (about $28, 000). Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands will present the prize to Dr. Buber on July 3.
