Ehud Olmert’s prospects in upcoming Israeli elections improved following the Jericho jail raid. A Channel 1 television survey late Tuesday predicted that the interim prime minister’s Kadima Party will take up to 43 of the Knesset’s 120 seats in the March 28 vote, up several seats from recent polls.
