Eighteen Israeli children with cancer are touring the United States on a Make A Wish Foundation tour. The tour starts Thursday in Washington, and will include a guided White House tour. The children will also visit Philadelphia, New York and amusement parks. The tour is sponsored by two Israeli non-profit groups, Yachad Betikva and Osim Chaim.
