Shlomo Eisenberg, general secretary of the Jewish Agency in Jerusalem, arrived here to attend the annual national conference of the United Jewish Appeal which opens on Friday at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. During his stay in this country, Mr. Eisenberg will also discuss various matters at the Jewish Agency headquarters here. He will confer with a number of American Jewish leaders on plane, for bringing Jewish immigrants from Morocco and other North African countries to Israel and the absorption of these newcomers into Israel’s economy.
